'Contact Us' section and list what parts you are looking for, if we don't hold
them in stock we can probably get them within 48 hours on average.

Warrantees & Purchase Conditions:
We require that you submit to us a detailed Purchase Order for all parts, goods and services.
All parts, spares and any services offered will be fully described on our invoice detailing.
The Part No; the Serial No; the condition; what paperwork & records are available (if any) the
availability of the goods and detail of any service we may offer.
We will not accept your payment until you receive a copy of our sales invoice, you are
satisfied the goods or services are exactly what you require in description & condition and that
any goods are available for immediate dispatch.
If any goods on receipt are not as described or not fit for the purpose that they were sold for
as per the information supplied on your Purchase Order, the goods will be accepted for a full
credit and an immediate full refund will be given.
We can provide a quotation for the freight & carriage costs at the time of order, if these
charges and delivery times are acceptable we will require you to add the instructions to your
Purchase Order. Subject to Customs Clearance for overseas deliveries goods can often be expected
to arrive within 48 hours of dispatch on a ‘First Class’ freight tariff, prices and approximate
delivery times will be quoted at the time of order. Deliveries within the UK are mostly the next
day if dispatched from our facility before mid-day.
Only under special circumstances will goods be delivered to an address other than the address
given on the Purchase Order.
Information how payments can be made will be given at the time of accepting your Purchase
Invoice.
